How we got here

As a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect I have worked with some of the most ambitious Salesforce customers to unlock more value from their Salesforce investments using AI. Many of them are doubling down on Salesforce as the trusted, governed layer their business processes run on, and enabling new surfaces like AI-generated apps to be built on top of them.

But many teams have found it hard to get there reliably. You have to connect the tools and models to Salesforce securely, give your users access to those tools without relying on manual config or compromising access control, and ensure that AI models receive the correct and right-sized set of context about your Salesforce org for the task at hand.

General-purpose AI agents and app builders treat Salesforce as one of a thousand integrations in their library, and the failures that follow are predictable: naive integrations that don't smartly discover and filter metadata, no separation between metadata and record data, and confidential data that's exposed when a generated app is shared.

How Wisty is different

Wisty solves these challenges in a simple and secure way by building on top of Salesforce. Wisty respects Salesforce security rules on every query. Your users need no new accounts or logins. A finished app can be shared as a link behind Salesforce login, as a tab in Lightning Experience, or even as a record-page component. Wisty reads your org's metadata to identify, query and filter the right set of context for any user request. And because Wisty generates powerful, dynamic apps using metadata alone, your record data is never exposed to AI models.
