What's a credit?
Credits pay for AI generation: creating a new app, or regenerating and significantly modifying one. Building a new app costs more than a small change in chat, and Wisty shows the exact cost after every generation. Viewing a published app, manual edits, and questions that don't change the project cost nothing.
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset each cycle. At zero, generation pauses until they reset, you buy a pack, or you raise your volume. Packs are 100 credits for $80 or 500 for $400 and don't expire while your plan is active. Published apps keep running either way.
Who counts as an active viewer?
A distinct Salesforce user who opens a published app at least once in a month, deduplicated across surfaces. Viewers use no credits and need no Wisty account. Going over the allowance stops nothing. If you're consistently over, we'll talk about the right plan.
How does the free trial work?
30 days, no credit card. Around 50 credits that expire with the trial, 1 builder, publish to 1 org, and a viewer allowance of about 25. Enough to build a real app and share it before paying. When the trial ends, building is paused and shared apps become unavailable to viewers until you choose a plan.
Do prices include tax?
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax; taxes are calculated at checkout.
