How they differ

Claude and Wisty do different jobs. With the Salesforce connector, Claude gives each person an assistant: you ask a question, it reads your pipeline to answer, and it can turn the answer into an artifact. Each teammate who opens that artifact needs a Claude seat and their own Salesforce connection.

Wisty builds apps for a whole team. An admin describes a tool once and publishes it inside Salesforce, where people open it with the login they already have. The AI that builds the app works from your org's metadata and never sees a record, and everyone gets the same screen with the same numbers.

The short answer

Choose Claude if

  • You want an assistant that answers questions about your pipeline.
  • Everyone who needs it already has a Claude seat.
  • The answer should combine Salesforce with your other Claude connectors.

Choose Wisty if

  • A request should become a tool the whole team uses.
  • Viewers shouldn't need a Claude seat or a new interface.
  • The AI that builds it shouldn't read your records.
