Who manages billing
The workspace owner is the admin who started the workspace’s first checkout. The owner chooses and changes plans, buys credits, and opens the billing portal. Upgrades charge the owner’s card on file, so no one else can start them. Other admins see plans and prices with the buttons turned off. Members see the shared credit balance but not this page. To hand billing to another admin, email support@wisty.ai with the workspace name and the new owner’s email. If the owner leaves the workspace, nobody can buy credits or change the plan until billing moves to someone else. Each workspace has its own subscription, credits, and invoices, even when the same person pays for more than one.Choose your first paid plan

Update payment details or download invoices
Click Manage billing to open the billing portal. Use it to update your payment method, view billing history, or download invoices. Polar handles checkout and tax collection. VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout, and payments appear with a Polar descriptor on your card statement. If a payment fails
When the page shows Your last payment didn’t go through, click Update payment method to open the billing portal. Your team keeps access while Polar retries payment, but a failed renewal doesn’t add monthly credits. Building uses the remaining balance. If the subscription ends after unsuccessful retries, new builds and viewer access stop.Cancel your subscription
- Click Manage billing.
- Cancel the subscription in the billing portal.
- Return to Plans & Credits and check the cancellation date.
